Thursday was our temple and dinner date for Shane's birthday present. We took off to Guelph to see Pheonix and her family for a little before we headed out to Brampton. My eyes were so itchy and have been off and on since our beach trip. I almost thought that I wasn't going to be able to drive. I stopped at Shoppers for some LifeBrand eyedrops and boy - it sure helped. I had broke down and took an allergy pill earlier but all it does is make me shaky which did happen at the restaurant.
We went to the Temple clothing store to pick up a few items and went to the 3:00 session. It was so nice. It was quite awhile since we had went with this year being so busy. And the temple grounds were beautiful. Afterwards, while we were at the Mandarin Buffet, it started to downpour and we got a spectacular light show. The food was good and the service awesome as always.
I forgot to take some pictures at Pheonix's and while we were on the temple grounds :( But I did get some of our adventures for the day.
