Dr. Fewster and other gabbing

I know that it has once again been eons since my last post but truthfully, I forgot all about it. I hope to catch up at some point. But for today, I am on my way to Dr. Fewster's. He is my new doctor and I really like him. I am just following up today on some tests I had. I really think that I have carpal tunnel. Anyhow, got to run and I will catch up later.

So my appointment was at 11:45am and it's now 1:54pm. Where did the time go?? So, I do have carpal tunnel and he gave me a prescription to get a couple wrist braces. They sell them in the Norfolk Pharmacy below his office. About 38$ each before tax. It felt better right away and I hated to give it back. :( I put in the request to ODSP and it will probably take about a week to process.

Also, I can't find my reading glasses I just got a couple months ago! Poo!

Anyhow, I went to No Frills after to pick up a couple things. Good sales. 10lbs of carrots for just over 4$. Salt for the water softener was $4 on sale. Grapes 87 cents/lbs. What else? Got some jello to make for lunches. Other stuff too. Picked up one of those fly strips. Haven't seen those in a long time but I know will come in handy in the summer. (I'll hang it by the back door)

Oh, and Dr. Fewster said my bloodwork came back all good. Cholesterol a just a little but was happy that I've lost 14lbs. He made an appointment with the dietician too just for motivation. Can't believe it's Friday and that 2010 flew by and it's halfway through April 2011?? Sheesh...

Recent news, I was called as a teacher in Relief Society. (Our church's women's organization) My first lesson in at the end of the month. I'll write more about all that later. Well, I should run. Ta! Ta!
